Die-cast aluminum ravioli board for making 24 uniform 35 mm square ravioli at once
The Marcato Ravioli Mold 1.4" Squares - 24 Pieces lets you shape, fill, seal, and cut a full tray of square ravioli in one pass. The die-cast aluminum mold produces 24 uniform 35 mm ravioli, while the included wooden rolling pin presses the top pasta sheet across the raised cutting edges for consistent results.

Make 24 ravioli in one batch: The 35 mm format gives you a useful medium-size ravioli while letting you form and cut an entire tray at once.
The mold uses a 24-cavity layout to form square ravioli measuring 35 mm across. Lay a pasta sheet over the board, portion filling into each cavity, cover with a second sheet, then roll firmly across the top to seal and separate the ravioli.
The rigid die-cast aluminum board provides a stable shaping surface, while rubber feet underneath help keep it from sliding as you work. The supplied wooden rolling pin is sized for pressing evenly across the mold.
24 ravioli per batch: Forms a complete tray of square filled pasta at one time.
35 mm squares: Each cavity produces ravioli measuring approximately 1.4 inches across.
Die-cast aluminum mold: Marcato uses durable, food-contact-safe die-cast aluminum for the shaping board.
Raised cutting edges: Rolling over the covered mold helps seal the filling and divide the pasta into individual squares.
Wooden rolling pin included: The supplied rolling pin provides the pressure needed to seal and cut the ravioli.
Rubber feet: Non-slip feet on the base help keep the mold stable during filling and rolling.
Compact manual format: The board requires no motor or dedicated pasta machine once your pasta sheets are ready.
"The 35 mm size is a very useful middle ground for filled pasta. You get enough room for the filling to matter, while the 24-cavity board lets you produce a full batch quickly and with much more consistency than cutting each raviolo by hand."
