Dreamfarm Sharple Y
Self-sharpening Y-peeler with a Japanese stainless steel blade and protective sharpening cover
The Dreamfarm Sharple Y keeps its peeling edge ready for use by sharpening itself every time you open or close the blade cover. Its swiveling Japanese stainless steel blade follows the shape of vegetables with less waste, while the wide Y-style handle gives you steady control with either hand.

A Peeler That Sharpens Between Uses
The protective blade cover does more than make Sharple Y safer to store. A ceramic ball sharpener built into the cover automatically sharpens and hones the blade as the cover moves on and off, helping maintain a clean cutting edge without a separate sharpener.
Signature Features
Self-sharpening cover: A built-in ceramic ball sharpener hones the blade every time the protective cover is opened or closed.
Japanese stainless steel blade: The sharp swiveling blade follows the contours of vegetables to remove the peel with less waste.
Y-shaped control: The broad handle profile is comfortable for both left- and right-handed peeling.
Potato-eye remover: The handle includes a pointed tip for removing potato eyes and small blemishes.
Easy drainage: Open channels in the handle help water drain away during washing and drying.
Dishwasher safe: Sharple Y can go in the dishwasher with the blade cover partially lowered and the peeler positioned vertically for best cleaning.
From Our Founder
"A peeler is only useful if the blade stays sharp. Sharple Y solves that in a very Dreamfarm way: the protective cover sharpens the blade every time you use it, so there is nothing extra to remember."
