This Gemstone Sourcing Fee secures your place in our design queue and covers the initial work involved in sourcing gemstones and developing the concept for your custom design.

Your sourcing fee includes

• Design consultation and concept development
• Curated gemstone sourcing options chosen around a stone's meaning, a personal meaning or a crystal-healing intention, plus your colour and style preferences
• Handcrafted wirework planning in your choice of more than 8 metals, including sterling silver, 14K gold-filled, silver plate, gold plate, coloured wire and our signature antique bronze. All are nickel-free and lead-free.

Please note that gemstone options are sourced based on availability at the time of inquiry, and specific stones cannot be guaranteed until selected and confirmed.

How We Design Together

Once your sourcing fee is received, a member of our team will reach out by email to discuss your design details, gemstone options and next steps. Some pieces come together in 2–3 emails and a final photo; others take up to 12 emails as we refine the details together. Before your piece ships, or before you pick it up at our Toronto studio, we send you a photo of the finished piece to approve.

Non-Refundable Fee

This sourcing fee is non-refundable, as it covers the time, research, and preparation required to source gemstones and begin the design development process for your custom piece. If you choose to move forward with the custom order, the sourcing fee will be applied toward the final cost of your piece.

Balance & Completion

Once your design and gemstone selection are finalized, we will confirm the final price and estimated timeline for crafting your piece. The remaining balance is due in full before we begin crafting.
