D3O® chest and spine padding that disappears under a jacket.
D3O® padding at both the chest and back in a thermoformed, low-profile build you can wear under a jacket, over a base layer, or on its own — pro-level torso coverage most riders forget they're wearing.
Features
- D3O® CP1 Compact at the chest, D3O® BP4 at the back — Smart padding at both zones: pliable while you ride, firms up under compression, then resets.
- Thermoformed contoured body — Shaped to follow your torso instead of lying flat, eliminating the pressure points and air gaps a flat panel creates between the shoulder blades and lower back.
- Fully adjustable shoulder and side straps — Dial the fit to your body and riding position, then it stays locked through drops, crashes, and full days without readjusting.
- Athletic Lycra/mesh build — Breathable, moisture-wicking, and light enough for high-output riding across every season.
- Low-profile, standalone or layered — Slim enough to wear under a jacket, over a base layer, or on its own, with no visible bulk.
- Ghost Rib Protector compatible — Pairs with the Demon Ghost Rib Protector (sold separately) to add midsection coverage between the chest and back panels.

Intended use
For snowboarding, skiing and mountain biking only. Not for motorsports. Designed to cushion minor impacts and reduce bruising, scuffs and abrasions from falls typical of these sports. No protective equipment can prevent serious injury. Fit it snug, check it for damage before each use, and replace it if it is cracked, torn or worn.
For riders who want D3O® chest and spine coverage without the bulk — worn on its own, or paired with the Ghost Rib Protector for added midsection coverage.
