Description

Limitless is Shimano's Australian-market light tackle lure series, a nine-model range picked to cover the lure fishing Australians actually do rather than a catalogue filled out for its own sake. It runs from ultra-light estuary work through to heavy spin for larger soft plastics, hardbodies, vibes and surface lures, and the models in this listing cover that whole spread.

The blank is a slim 30T/40T carbon profile with fast recovery, which is what gives the range its crisp feel and its ability to turn a long cast into an accurate one. Fuji Alconite guides keep the line running cleanly, a Seaguide HSC carbon fibre reel seat puts the hand on the blank, and custom high-density split EVA grips keep the weight down. A folding stainless steel hook keeper and modern carbon-inspired cosmetics round it out.

These rods suit bream, bass, flathead, estuary perch, snapper and similar lure targets depending on the model chosen, though certainly not limited to those species.
