Real reclaimed corrugated steel salvaged from Midwest barn roofs and machine sheds. Every piece is unique — natural rust lines, nail holes, original manufacturer marks from decades of weathering. Never chemically treated. Inspected before shipping.
Four sub-styles based on the rust-to-galvanized ratio:
The highest-contrast reclaimed option. Each piece carries a mix of cool grey/blue galvanized and warm orange/brown rust. Best for larger projects where character and variation are the point.
The majority of each piece carries warm, orange/brown rust coverage. Best when you want the room to lean warm and aged.
The majority of each piece carries cool grey/blue antique galvanized coloring. Cleaner, cooler tone — works well in modern industrial spaces.
The best reclaimed pieces we source. A natural mix of rust and galvanized created only by real weathering — flatter than other reclaimed sub-styles, with less warping. Higher price point. Recommended for smaller installations or anywhere flatness matters.
Lead-time note for Premium custom panels: Premium is the hardest reclaimed sub-style to source in volume. Smaller Premium orders ship within our standard 5–10 business day custom processing window. For larger Premium panel orders or high-volume Premium projects, lead times can run longer — Stephany will confirm timing in your quote response.
For projects where you want a rustic look without the nail holes, warping, or per-piece variation of reclaimed barn tin. Consistent finish across the run, easier to plan around for tight installations.
Cold rolled steel with a spray-applied, all-natural rusting solution. Even copper/orange rust with small variations of blue and grey. We start the rusting process — you can take it further with a vinegar water mist. Learn how to add more rust, or how to clear coat the finish. We also offer a protective sealant add-on, or use Everbrite Coatings after install.
Hot-dipped zinc/aluminum/silicon coating with a clear acrylic topcoat. Light silver, semi-sheen. No rust, no color variation. The most uniform and modern-looking finish in our lineup.
G90 galvanized steel with a bonderized finish — phosphate bath plus chromate treatment. Dark grey, weathered, flat texture. No rust, no color variation. The finish wears naturally over time and can develop white rust with moisture exposure — that's a known characteristic of bonderized steel, not a defect. Clear coating is recommended for high-wear or oil-prone areas.
Galvanized steel that we artificially age in-house to replicate the look of reclaimed Premium barn tin — without the nail holes, warping, or per-piece variation. The aged character of weathered galvanized, but consistent across the run. Protective sealant available.
Textured black coating; the crinkle texture knocks down the sheen. Currently a single-sided coating — the back side is white, which doesn't matter for wall or ceiling applications but is worth knowing if both sides will be visible. No protective sealant available for this finish.
True architectural-grade A606 weathering steel in 24 gauge — thicker than our standard Colorado finishes. Forms a stable, self-protecting rust patina naturally over time. Distinct from the Rusted finish: A606 ships before the patina has developed and weathers in place. Best for exterior, high-moisture, and commercial applications. Higher price point.
These finishes are still in stock but not actively stocked or promoted. Available on request — contact us to confirm availability before ordering:
Most of our finishes can be ordered with a protective sealant applied before shipping. The sealant leaves a light surface film that slows further rusting, helps prevent rust rub-off, and adds a subtle shine. Add at checkout.
For Rusted finish in showers or wet areas: clear coat first. We recommend Everbrite Coatings.
