Fine ribbed knit, dotted in black. It stretches with the dog and settles back when they lie down.
The high collar is edged in black and ruffles at the top. So do the short sleeves. That edge is the detail that makes it.
Three colors: sky blue, pink and yellow. Light enough for a cool morning indoors, or under a coat when it is properly cold.
It is meant to fit closeThis is a fitted knit. Measure the chest just behind the front legs and check the table below. If the number falls between two sizes, take the larger one. A knit this fine should skim the body, not pull across it.

Living with it
Getting it on
Over the head, then one front leg at a time. The rib gives enough that there is no wrestling.
Washing
Hand wash in cool water and press the water out rather than wringing it. Dry flat. Hanging a rib knit stretches it.

I usually avoid anything with a ruffle. This one is the exception. The dots keep it from being sweet.
