Salad / Side Plate from the Modern Rustic Collection

A sculptural plate defined by refined simplicity and artisanal precision.
Delicate Dragon's Tears emerge in the kiln like mineral poetry — each one unrepeatable, shaped by fire, gravity, and the quiet unpredictability of glaze in motion. Glazed by hand using own in-house formula, irregular hand-thrown profile serve as a natural canvas — enhancing the relationship between form, flavor, and the chef’s artistic vision.
