With a similar glaze to the Garden Party, this piece of teaware has a thick coat of glaze that feels soft under hand.  Painted with a simple lotus motif on the bottom it creates an elegant without overdone style.

The shape itself is fairly unique in the world of gaiwans, more like a honey pot than an angular gaiwan.  We value pieces like this in our collection as they add a breath of fresh air with their unorthodox shape.  The larger size of this gaiwan is also a nice change from our typical 100ml gaiwans.
