This glaze got us.  It’s so unlike any other green we have seen used on teaware here in China.  There is a natural element to it that fades and strengthens in certain areas, not a solid green, but the green of bronze subjected to eons of time.

The large wood side handle is a pleasant design feature.  For such a small pot, one might consider a thin and dainty handle, and yet, this pot has a solid wooden knob that allows us to hold and use it in a very comfortable way.
