Directions -
Shake
Add 1 scoop of electrolytes with 12-14 oz of water into a shaker bottle and shake.

Stir
Add 1 scoop of electrolytes with 12-14 oz of water into a glass and stir.

Froth
Mix 1 scoop of powder with 1 cup of water and froth for 15-30 seconds until smooth.
