Description

The TrueClot® Through-and-Through (TnT) Task Trainer provides realistic, low-cost, and repetitive training for wound packing, XSTAT® application, and hemostat clamping techniques with the use of advanced hemostatic gauzes. The task trainer has very realistic outer anatomy with entry and exit wounds, a bleeding vessel, and a boney landmark, and is hand-made from sturdy silicone with no moving parts. The boney landmark allows for deep packing instruction for large caliber through-and-through gunshot wounds. The bleeding vessel can be clamped with a hemostat or other forceps to stop blood flow. Compatible with XSTAT® P15 and XSTAT® P30.

TrueClot Blood Simulant is non-biological, closely mimics human blood, and has a 12 month shelf life. It is non-staining and easily washable from skin and clothing.
