Rubber Coated Iron Weight Plates are a great alternative to standard steel plates. The thick and durable rubber coating allows for minimized noise, reduced floor damage and reduced the wear and tear on your weight plates. They feature easy to grip handles which open up even more workouts routines. They can double as weights for farmer's walk and even single arm rows.

Load your bar easily with the Rubber Coated Olympic Weight Plates. They come with a metal insert that allows little to no friction when sliding the plates on your bar.
