Showcasing a slightly curved top rail with 2.5” centre ornate brass spacer, which offers just enough detail to make this a classic designed piece. The hand-cast bedstead features 1 ¼” side posts for a more contemporary look and feel – this bed could be described as a slimmer more understated version of our popular Somerset bedstead.

Hand cast at our Cornwall foundry and made with all the traditional fixings you would expect from an authentic re-production. As standard, the Hampton is adorned with brass cross rail and finials.

The Hampton can be manufactured as a bedstead, bed surround, headboard, or as a bedstead with no foot end, or in a four-poster option. You can order your Hampton in any of our house metal colour options or in any colour not shown starting from an extra £100. If you would like to swap brass details for nickel on your bed, our team would be happy to personalise it for you starting from an extra £150, depending on design and brass elements included. We cast our beds to exacting standards using time-honoured skills and craftsmanship.

Every bed is made individually to order, numbered, and signed off by one of our craftsmen. With The Cornish Bed Company, you can be confident that your bedstead will last lifetimes and will become an antique in the future.
