Women's Nightgown With a Relaxed, Non-Clinging Fit

A nightgown for women should move with you, not stick to you. Simone has a relaxed cut that skims the body instead of hugging it. No tight waistband and no fabric bunching up when you turn over at night. That loose fit matters more than people think. When a hot flash hits, the last thing you want is fabric sticking to damp skin.

Hemp and Cotton Blend Nightgown Designed for Natural Airflow

Most women's nightgowns rely on cotton alone or on regenerated fibers like bamboo viscose, modal, and rayon. Here's what you should know about each fabric:

Fabric	What Happens
Bamboo, modal, rayon	Absorbs moisture fast, releases it slowly, feels heavy once wet
Cotton	Absorbs sweat but dries slowly, so it turns clammy overnight
Hemp-cotton blend (Simone)	Pulls moisture away and releases it, so it stays dry longer

This performance comes from the natural structure of hemp fiber, not from a coating added to the fabric. It doesn't wash out over time. Browse the full cooling sleepwear collection to see the fabric across other pieces.

Moisture-Wicking Comfort for Night Sweats and Hot Flashes

Hemp keeps pulling moisture away under repeated sweat load, night after night, not just for the first hour. That's the difference between damp sheets at 3 a.m. and waking up dry. It won't stop a hot flash from happening, but it stops your sleepwear from turning into a wet mess halfway through the night.

Why Choose the Simone Cooling Nightgown?

Relaxed design, working fabric: The loose cut gives hemp room to work. A tight nightgown can still trap heat, even if it's made from a breathable fabric.
Made to last: Hemp holds up well over time. With proper care, Simone can handle nightly wear for more than a year and gets softer with each wash.
Everyday versatility: It doubles as a travel dress, beach cover-up, or weekend outfit, and resists wrinkles even after being packed.
Made in Toronto, Canada: Every piece is designed and sewn locally, so you know where it comes from.

Frequently Asked Questions

1. What Is the Best Type of Nightgown for Women With Night Sweats?

For night sweats, a loose, breathable nightgown made from natural fibers can be a good choice. Tight synthetic fabric traps heat and moisture, which makes sweating worse.

2. Is Hemp Fabric Good for Nightgowns?

Yes. It's breathable, naturally antibacterial, and gets softer with each wash without wearing thin.

3. Are Loose Nightgowns Better for Hot Sleepers?

Generally, yes. A loose fit lets air move around your body. Tight sleepwear limits airflow even in a breathable fabric.

4. Does a Hemp Nightgown Help With Moisture Management?

Yes. Hemp fibers pull moisture away from the skin and let it evaporate, so you're not sleeping in damp fabric.

5. What Makes the Simone Nightgown Different From Others?

Most cooling nightgowns rely on bamboo, modal, or a synthetic coating. Simone gets its performance from the hemp fiber itself, not from a finish that wears off. That, plus a 60-night guarantee (double the usual 30 days), sets it apart.

6. Is the Simone Nightgown Suitable for Lounging and Travel?

Yes. It's wrinkle-resistant and doesn't cling, so it works as a travel dress or a cover-up just as easily as sleepwear.

7. Does the Simone Nightgown Have Buttons, Zippers, or Ties?

No. It's a simple pull-on style with no fasteners, so there's nothing digging into you while you sleep.

8. What Comes With the Simone Nightgown?

Every order includes the nightgown itself, a free night sweats tracking e-journal, and the 60-night guarantee.
