In Sweden, they can't get enough of SOS—Smör, Ost, Sill (Butter, Cheese, Herring). It's the secret weapon for every festivity, from Midsummer to Christmas and Easter. Why change a winning combo when you’ve got the culinary creativity of a pickled herring? SOS, dating back to the 1800s, was the original tavern superfood, quick and hearty. To celebrate this tradition, we've made a special hat just for your SOS moments. Yes, you heard it right—because what’s a party without a hat that proudly declares, “I'm here for the herring!”
