This is a replacement set of the pluckable cubed foam that comes in Condition 1's #162 case.  This set included a 1″ thick base pad and 1 layers of 1.5″ thick pluckable cubed foam that allows you to customize the fit to your items. Also included is the convoluted (egg crate) foam for the lid.
