A picnic is a simple occasion, one where we briefly transport ourselves into the wild to enjoy food and company. The Picnic Gingham Collection of New Zealand wool rugs imagines a never-ending picnic, seeking to prolong the celebration by bringing it into the home. Classic gingham patterns are camouflaged, transforming them into tonal studies of shifting light.
