Hub 2
Clicks loud. Spins fast. Don't flop.
You want a hub that sounds like it's starting beef with the pavement? This is that. 120 points of engagement, so the drive picks up every 3 degrees. CNC'd from proper 7075-T6. And the rear runs a 10mm bolt-in axle, so you can put pegs on it, which almost no mountain bike hub lets you do.
Will it fit my bike?
-
Any 36-hole rim. Both hubs are drilled 36H, so you can build them into a 26, 27.5 or 29 inch wheel.
-
Rear: designed for frames with 135mm rear spacing and 10mm dropout slots (the standard quick-release style on many hardtails). Shimano HG-pattern cassette freehub and disc brake mount. Not verified for 142x12mm thru-axle frames.
-
Front: forks with 100mm spacing and a 9mm quick-release, with disc mount.
-
Pegs: fit pegs on the rear 10mm axle. Our Monogram pegs come with a conversion kit. The front is quick-release, so no pegs at the front.
- On the Collective C100, fitting Hub 2 (or the ready-built W2 wheelset) is how you make the bike peg-ready.
Axles not included. Build it your way, or get it ready-built in the W2 wheelset.
