The John Boos Cucina Technica thick top features a 4 inch thick maple end grain top. A true butcher block design with exposed grain makes the wood less prone to scarring and also keeps your knives sharper over time. Positioned on an attractive stainless steel base, the Cucina Technica is an attractive cart that is highly functional.

The base includes a stainless steel towel bar, punched lower shelf (provides airflow for drying pots and bowls), and locking casters for easytransport. Before shipping, each wood block is finished with Boos board cream and beeswax, to protect and seal the wood. To maintain, we highly recommend re-applying board oil or board cream every 3 to 4 weeks.
