The wood top is finished with food safe Boos oil and board cream, making it suitable as a chopping and cutting surface.

For extra space, the 30 x 24 sized cart includes the option for a dovetailed drawer, for easy storage of kitchen wares and utensils. The Cucina Technical comes with 3 inch commercial casters, for easy maneuvering of the cart.
