The Pro Prep Bloc station is a configurable kitchen work station that can be used as a portable kitchen cart or an all-encompassing prep table. At the center of the Pro Prep Bloc is the cherry butcher block top, built from 4" thick end grain American cherry and finished with Boos beeswax.

Included along the sides of the bloc are copper tie bars with 3 hooks on each side. As an add on, a matching overhead cherry pot rack is available, which has an additional copper tie bar with 6 hooks, as well as a spice rack holder. Hold up to over a dozen pans with this configuration!
