As a token of appreciation and to ensure peace of mind, every Move order will include 2 extra piece bases as backups. This way, if you encounter an issue, you can swap the base immediately without waiting for replacements.

If more than two piece bases have issues within the warranty period, please contact our support team for verification, and we will arrange additional replacement bases when necessary.
