The Prickly 220mm Fixed Brake Rotor is designed specifically for Surron applications, combining advanced materials and manufacturing processes to create a stronger, better-performing solid brake disc.
With an actual thickness of 2.29–2.32mm, the updated design adds material through key cross-sections to help reduce overheating and warping during repetitive braking. Each rotor is heat treated for maximum hardness and precision ground flat for consistent braking performance.
Important: 10mm caliper spacers are required when using this 220mm rotor with standard caliper mounts.

Braking System Note
Larger brake rotors paired with mountain bike-style calipers can be prone to heat buildup and brake fade under heavy braking conditions. Riders should understand the limits of their braking system and allow adequate cooling. Prickly recommends floating-style rotors for high-powered, high-speed builds.
