Care & keeping the crystals looking their best
Wipe gently with a soft, dry cloth after wear. Keep away from perfumes, harsh cleaners and prolonged water exposure. Remove before swimming, showering or activities that may knock the crystals. Store separately to reduce scratches.
Avoid pulling on the links or forcing the clasp. Check that the clasp is secure before wearing, and stop wearing the bracelet if a link or crystal becomes loose.
Common sizing questions
Is 7mm my wrist size? No. It is the width of the chain links. Choose the bracelet length using your wrist measurement and the size guide.
Can I change the fit? A compatible extension clasp can add approximately 1.5cm. Link removal may shorten the bracelet; read the adjustment guide first.
Buying a surprise gift? Measure a bracelet they already wear where possible, or explore adjustable bracelets if their wrist size is unknown.
