A note from the designer.

There is something so regal and elegant about this bias-cut gown. Combined with the soft texture of the linen, it somehow strikes as very natural and down-to-earth at the same time. It's my type of formal wear. I love that it can be dressed up with heels and accessories and then worn out to a more casual venue afterward. Most importantly, it's not one of those uncomfortable fancy dresses you can't wait to change out of, the minute you arrive home. The definition of someone or something that is "August" is dignified. We thought that a fitting way to articulate the feeling you get when wearing this special piece.
