Yes, a tomato is a fruit! Add a splash of fun to your space with The Tomato Lamp. This cheeky little lamp is the quirky decor piece your space didn't know it was missing. Sweet and juicy, just like you.

Design Process: A silicone mold was created using the actual fruit to capture the most organic shape and texture. It was then rotocasted resin into the mold to form the hollow lamp body. A 3D printed base was designed to fit snug into the bottom, with just enough space for the light source. The stem was hand-molded in clay, then resin cast in its own silicone mold. All parts were assembled using a strong binding adhesive, then packaged and heat sealed for freshness.

About Lumpy Studios LLC

Lumpy grew out of the small moments that made us — wandering through Asian markets as kids, soaking in the colors, the textures, the smell of the fish counter that hit you before you even turned the corner. That feeling stuck with us, and honestly, it never left.

We design stuff that celebrates nostalgia. Things that feel familiar but a little fresh — designed with care, made with intention, and sprinkled with some silliness. We think a lot about form, material, and what makes an object actually feel like something.
