DESCRIPTION

The Balto® Splint is an ergonomically engineered device that provides support to the tarsometatarsal (wrist), radiocarpal, and carpometacarpal joints on both the front and back limbs. Crafted from a breathable non-neoprene material, this compression and minor fracture support device offers stability and assistance to the legs of your canine companion while preserving their natural mobility.

BRACE APPLICATIONS

• Hyperflexion or hyperextension of the carpal and tarsal (in cases of severe front leg hyperextension or hyperflexion, use Balto® Bone)
• Minor ligament distortions
• Sprains and strains of the tarsus or carpus
• Minor fractures of the tarsus or carpus bones
• Post-surgical support
• When applied to healthy ligaments, muscles, and joints, this brace can help to prevent further damage and offer structural support.

BRACE FEATURES

• Single angled airplane aluminum splint that is slightly malleable for a more custom fit.
• Adjustable upper and lower padding straps can be lengthened or shortened on the leg to ensure an excellent fit
