During summer, one of my favorite activities is observing hummingbirds' graceful and mesmerizing movements as they flit from flower to flower. As they hover in mid-air or dart around in rapid flight, their acrobatics never cease to amaze me.  I was so inspired by their beauty that I wanted to create a painting that captures the stunning colors and delicate forms of both the hummingbirds and the flowers that they frequent.
