Spinner rings were first used in ancient Tibetan meditation practices and were known as "worry rings." They were believed to possess mystical powers and were often used as talismans for protection and good fortune. Over time, their significance evolved, and they became symbols of relaxation, meditation, and mindfulness.

Made from solid sterling silver, the base ring measure approximately 12mm and features a unique hammered texture for added style and sparkle.  This ring has three outer rings that spin independently around the base. The middle ring has a beautiful gemstone set on a smooth round ring, while the two outer rings are beaded.

This ring is very comfortable to wear and is lovely and tactile and perfect for anyone that fidgets!

Each ring is made to order, so be sure to measure your size accurately, as you might require a larger fit due to the ring’s width.  I would recommend getting an up to date wide ring measurement.
