The bar has a maximum static user weight of 100 kg. However, the maximum recommended dynamic load is 32 kg.
Static weight refers to weight applied while stationary. Dynamic movements such as swinging, bouncing or kipping create significantly greater forces on the equipment. For this reason, the 100 kg static rating should not be interpreted as meaning the bar is suitable for a 100 kg person performing gymnastics movements.
