The Nervous Dog Pack is a 90-day natural support course for dogs who are very nervous, easily frightened or still affected by a bad experience in their past.
It brings together Sanper 2, our daily homeopathic support for nervous dogs, and Calm Xtra herbal calming drops for the moments your dog finds hardest.
Whether your dog is a rescue with an unknown history or has been with you for years and never quite got over a frightening experience, nervousness that has built up over time won't disappear overnight. That's why this pack gives you a full 90-day course, so your dog has the time they need to feel safer and more settled.
What's in the Nervous Dog Pack

-
Calm Xtra natural calming drops (30ml) – a herbal tincture of valerian, skullcap, passionflower, wild lettuce and Jamaican dogwood. Add a few drops to food or a treat before visitors, vet visits, car journeys, new places or bedtime.

Is the Nervous Dog Pack right for my dog?
This pack may suit your dog if they:
- Are easily startled or always seem on edge
- Became nervous after a frightening or difficult experience
- Are a rescue dog with an unknown or difficult background
- Seem worried around unfamiliar people, places or sounds
- Struggle to settle, or become very clingy
- Seem anxious even when there's no obvious trigger
If your dog's main problem is reacting to other dogs, our Reactive Dog Pack may be a better fit. If you're not sure, get in touch and we'll help you choose.
The best version of your dog
Every dog has their own personality. Some are naturally outgoing and some are naturally quieter and more reserved, and that's perfectly fine. You can't turn an introvert into an extrovert, and that isn't the aim. The aim is to help your dog feel as safe and confident as they can be, so their true personality can shine through rather than being held back by fear. We like to think of it as helping your dog become the best version of themselves.
What to expect over the 90 days
-
Weeks 1–3: Give Sanper 2 every day and use Calm Xtra before the situations you know your dog finds hard. Some owners notice small changes early on, but many dogs need around three weeks before you can judge progress.
-
Weeks 4–8: Look for small, gradual signs – your dog may settle more easily, recover more quickly after a fright, or be a little more curious and relaxed around new people.
-
Weeks 9–12: Keep going consistently. Dogs who have been nervous for a long time often need the full course (and sometimes longer) to build their confidence.
Progress with a nervous dog is often slow and gentle, with good days and harder days. That's completely normal. If you feel things aren't moving, please call or email us rather than giving up – we may suggest a different remedy, or make one up specially for your dog at no extra cost.
Getting the best from the pack
- Give Sanper 2 every day – consistency matters far more than quantity
- Let your dog set the pace and avoid pushing them into situations that frighten them
- Give them a quiet, safe space at home they can retreat to
- Use it alongside positive, reward-based training or a qualified behaviourist if you're working with one
- Try Calm Xtra at home first, as it may make some dogs a little drowsy
