Bold, broad, and built for powerful prep. Goliath is the cleaver that turns heavy veggie chores into effortless kitchen flow.
A broad, powerful 20 cm vegetable cleaver built for big chores in the kitchen. It’s designed to handle chunky root veg like pumpkin, squash, kumara, and more. Crush garlic cloves with ease, and dice herbs or onions in a single comfortable motion.
Goliath draws from the classic Chinese-style cleaver. Rethought for modern home cooking. Its wide blade gives you space and weight, and the flat profile makes it ideal for straight, forceful chopping. Despite its size, it’s surprisingly easy to handle. Perfect for those moments when precision meets power.
Use it for big veg prep, crushing garlic, or making your BBQ chopping a breeze. Goliath isn't made for bones. It’s here to prep, not break. Goliath brings energy and confidence to every veggie-heavy meal.
