Our RZR chassis is designed for insane abuse!  Countless hours of research, development, and design went into making our chassis the toughest and most feature rich chassis available.  The factory chassis is cheesy.  It bends and dents easy.  If you start abusing your machine it will fall apart.  It is flimsy, weak, not square, and dangerous in hard core offroad.  Our chassis is BEAST MODE.  We have been building heavy duty off-road chassis for the hard core offroad industry for many years and know exactly how to beef them up.  Our entire lower is built from 1.75" .188" wall DOM tubing giving it unmatched strength.  The chassis is primarily built from 1.75" .120" wall DOM tubing with a mix of 1.5" .120 wall.  

Our stage 2 chassis comes with all of the tubing you see in the pictures and also the engine, transmission, Radius rod, Seat mounts, Rear swaybar mounts, chassis gusset kit (doubles as skid plate tabs), Carrier bearing mount, front and rear shock mounts, and trailing arm mounts.  Designed for turbo S suspension.  It does not come with a front bulkhead so you can build your own or add our bulkhead to your order.  You can also add doors to any stage chassis HERE

• 1.75" x .188" wall DOM tubing lower.  
• 1.75" x .120"  and 1.5" x .120" wall DOM upper chassis. 
• Trailing arm tabs and gusseting
• Heavy duty engine and transmission mounts.  The area under the transmission and on the radius rods is 1/4" plate for extreme durability. 
• Radius rod plates front and back. 
• Gusset kit that doubles as the mounts for the skid plates
• Carrier bearing mount.  *retains the factory rear driveshaft length.  A new front driveshaft will be required. 
• Rear sway bar mount accepts the factory Turbo S sway bar geometry.  
• The seat bases are trick.  They have bolt hole patterns for factory UTV seats/seat bases, and aftermarket seats.  We have optional brackets for vertical tabbed seats that are frequently used in buggies. 
• Laser cut, tubes are CNC bent, and plates are CNC press broke 
• Set up for 105" wheel base
• Fully jigged and welded
