An extra guest bed is easier to live with when it disappears beneath the bunk after use. This gray full-over-full end-ladder bunk combines two full-size sleeping surfaces with a pull-out twin trundle, giving the room a third bed without permanently using more floor space. The four-step ladder sits at the end of the frame and can be positioned at either end toward the front or back, helping the main bunk stay 20" shorter overall than the stairway version.
Constructed from solid Brazilian pine with no particleboard, the main bunk can be separated into two full-size beds if the room no longer needs a stacked arrangement. The twin trundle rolls back beneath the lower bunk when not needed, while the mid-gray painted finish gives the three-bed setup a simple, modern look.
