The Rothco Deluxe Folding Stool is a portable camp seat built on a sturdy aluminum frame with a 600D polyester/PVC fabric seat, designed for camping, hiking, and outdoor activities. A large storage pouch mounted underneath the seat holds essential gear within reach. Available in Woodland Camo and Coyote Brown, the stool folds flat and attaches to a backpack for hands-free transport.
Sturdy Frame, Reliable Seat
The Rothco Deluxe Folding Stool's aluminum frame provides a stable base across varied terrain without adding significant weight to a pack. The 600D polyester/PVC fabric seat is a heavyweight construction that holds up to repeated field use, giving the stool a longer service life than lighter-duty alternatives.
Built-In Storage Where You Need It
The large pouch mounted beneath the seat keeps frequently needed items (a map, snacks, a first aid pouch, or small tools) off the ground and immediately accessible without opening a pack. Having storage integrated into the seat itself reduces the number of separate items a user needs to track at a campsite or trailhead.
Folds Flat, Attaches to a Pack
The Rothco Deluxe Folding Stool folds into a compact form that can be secured to the outside of a backpack, keeping it accessible without occupying interior pack space. That carry method suits day hikes, range days, and any activity where a quick rest stop is useful but a full camp chair is impractical.

Who This Is For and Isn't
The Rothco Deluxe Folding Stool suits campers, hikers, hunters, and outdoor enthusiasts who want a lightweight, packable seat with integrated storage for day trips, base camp use, range days, or any activity where a portable resting spot is useful.
This stool does not include back support and is not designed as a full camp chair. No rated weight capacity is stated for this stool, so buyers who require a confirmed load rating or full back support should look to a purpose-built camp chair instead.
