Bulldog Gear Commercial GHD & Reverse Hyper Combination Machine
Two Essential Posterior Chain Machines. One Commercial Solution.
The Bulldog Gear Commercial GHD & Reverse Hyper Combination Machine combines two of the most effective posterior chain training machines into one compact, heavy-duty commercial unit. Designed for strength & conditioning facilities, functional fitness gyms, powerlifting clubs and elite performance centres, it allows athletes to perform Glute Ham Raises, GHD Sit-Ups, Back Extensions and Reverse Hypers from a single machine without compromising performance.
By combining a fully featured Glute Ham Developer (GHD) with a Commercial Reverse Hyper, this versatile machine maximises training functionality whilst reducing floor space and equipment costs.
Whether your goal is building explosive hip power, increasing hamstring strength, developing a stronger lower back or improving core stability, this machine delivers commercial-grade performance for athletes of every level.
