The Anasi box set features two hand-carved wooden boxes adorned with marbled painted surfaces. Each piece showcases a centuries-old marbling technique—originally developed for paper in the 15th century—where colors are floated on liquid and transferred to create richly layered, intricate patterns. Because each box is handcrafted, color and pattern variations are natural and expected, making every set truly one-of-a-kind.
