Alfonso D'Estes is a new brand for us this season and it was, in all seriousness, the longest unboxing and check in we've ever had because each and every hat that came out required oohing and aahing and a great deal of gushing. These caps are outstanding. 

The Golden Herringbone 2-Panel Ivy Cap is made in a toothy linen herringbone fabric that is a mix of rich gold and brown, making for an easy wear well into the fall. One of the really nice details Alfonso does with this particular shape is that the center panels are cut on the bias, giving a chevron or v-shape effect down the center of the cap. This fabric shows it off beautifully. Like all of our 2-panel caps, the shape is head-hugging with  a smooth, round back and virtually no excess fabric on the sides. The unique two panel top and rounded side panels make for a deep, close fit.
