This banneton with a heart moulded into it would make a cute gift for a Bread-maker.

Takes up to 750g weight of mixed dough - will give a nice result with at least 500g.

The breadform leaves a subtle heart on the top of the loaf when the loaf is baked. How distinct the heart is depends on how firm the dough is; it works best with firm doughs that do not have too much “ovenspring”.

I often put poppy seeds into the heart-shaped depression to enhance the result.
