You know you’ve arrived in Konso once you begin seeing the vast terraced villages, or Paleta, along the landscape. Stone homes and fences are scalloped throughout the mountainside as far as the eye can see. There’s little wonder UNESCO designated the area a World Heritage Site. Inspired by this textured landscape, this vibrant Paleta pillow is handwoven with ribbed texture. The bold palette takes its cue from the vibrant traditional textiles of the local dress.
