This outdoor nutcracker keeps to the traditional look: a green coat with gold trim, red and white striped trousers, a tall green hat, and a round gold base. At 5 feet tall it has the presence of a life size soldier at the front door.

The updated design hides a support pole inside to help it stand straight, and a weighted base keeps it from blowing over outdoors. There is no constant air or cord to run. It handles freezing temperatures, works indoors too, and deflates for storage once the season ends.

Why are nutcrackers a Christmas decoration? They are a traditional symbol of the season, made famous by the ballet, and a pair at the door has become a classic holiday welcome. Stand one on each side of the entry, beside the tree, or at the entrance to a holiday party.

Perfect for: traditional Christmas decor, front porch Christmas decor, Nutcracker ballet parties, holiday open houses, Christmas party entrances, and living room displays.
