Please note that this is not an error in sizing, simply that we've had them machined with this thread size to give customers a far larger range of heads and tops. No other types of attachment are suitable for these labret shafts. With its much smaller 3mm base plate, these labret posts are a great option where the traditional 4mm wide base may make placement and/or aftercare and cleaning difficult.
