The hacking jacket, an early sport jacket developed for riders, was popular among English country gentlemen from the 18th century on. This jacket is cut from checked tweed, woven in a mill in England which has been operating since 1872. It features three pockets with a small, slanted ticket pocket and a throat tab detail.
