16X16" Cradled wood

MOSS VEIL, Inspired by the majestic oak trees of the south, this 16x16" piece captures a sunlit path framed by towering oaks draped with Spanish moss. I aimed to bring out the vibrant colors and textures of the scene—the golden light filtering through the moss, the rich greens, and subtle hints of purple and red in the foliage. The bold brushstrokes help convey the natural beauty and peacefulness I felt while creating it. I hope this painting invites you to step into that warm, tranquil moment and feel a connection to this serene landscape.
