Tuning Fork Audio Experience

In this restorative sound therapy session, Eileen McKusick, founder of Biofield Tuning, guides you through a process designed to reawaken and strengthen the natural upward flow of energy in your body. This “ascending current” helps you feel lighter, steadier, and more resilient — counterbalancing the heaviness and fatigue that can build up from daily life in our technology-saturated world.

Modern living surrounds us with constant stimulation, noise, and invisible environmental stressors. Over time, these influences can leave us feeling drained, weighed down, and disconnected from our vitality. This session helps you reconnect with the steady, life-giving energy of the Earth — drawing it upward through the body to restore flow, improve posture, and lift both body and mood.

Through a combination of tuning fork tones, guided awareness, and gentle invitations to breathe and move, Eileen supports your system in letting go of tension, clearing away stagnation while creating more spaciousness within. The process encourages a healthy energy flow from your feet up through your spine, helping you feel more supported, alert, and buoyant from the inside out.

Strengthening the Ascending Current is ideal for anyone seeking greater physical vitality, mental clarity, and emotional lightness. It’s especially supportive when you’re feeling burdened, “stuck,” or energetically depleted, offering a natural way to realign and recharge.
