The Mattone Ultimate is the lightest, cleanest seat pack Silca has made. At 44g it is around half the weight of the original Mattone, and instead of stitched fabric it uses an RF-welded TPU composite shell. That smooth, seamless body sits tighter under the saddle rails and leaves far fewer places for water to get in.

A BOA Fit System with a metal Li2 dial and soft TX4 lace pulls the pack up into the saddle and compresses it around whatever you carry, so it doesn't sway or rattle however rough the road. The clamshell opening gives easy access to one main compartment and a flat lid pocket, enough for a tube, CO2 and regulator, tyre levers and a multi-tool, or an Elettrico inflator in place of the CO2.
