If you're looking for an easy baby blanket you can finish pretty quick, but you want something more interesting than just a back and forth stitch pattern, you're in the right place. Our easy crochet baby blanket still uses a simple stitch, but breaks it into four blocks for a little more interest.

With this project you'll get to practice one of the most basic yet still beautiful crochet stitches. It's a tall enough stitch to make this baby blanket work up quick, but not so tall that little fingers and toes will get caught between them. You'll work the stitch through the back loop only, creating a beautiful texture that's stretchy and comfy to snuggle under.
