Description

The Maixabel coat is part of SKFK’s collaboration with designer Martina Spetlova. It is made from 91% LENZING™ ECOVERO™ viscose and 9% polyester, and it is fully reversible. One side is khaki, quilted in a zig-zag of lime green topstitching, with lime buttons at the collar and side seams. The other side is plain black, edged in khaki binding. The oversized, cocoon shape has dropped shoulders and wide sleeves with buttoned cuff tabs. A double-sided zip runs down the centre, the side seams button open, and the hood buttons onto the collar and can be removed. On the khaki side, patch pockets sit at the hip. On the black side, an elastic drawcord at the back draws in the waist. It measures 84 cm in length.

Wear the khaki side over a lime knit and a midi skirt to pick up the stitching, with leather boots in burgundy or brown. Turn it to black for a sharper look over wide trousers or a long dress. The generous cut layers easily over chunky knits through the coldest months, and the hood keeps the wind out.
