Adjust in Every Direction

Position the arms up, down, inward, or outward to build the setup around each movement. With an adjustable working angle from 0° to 120°, you can change the starting position and movement path to suit presses, pulls, raises, squats, and other plate-loaded exercises.

Converging Movement for Better Muscle Engagement

Leave the arms free-moving and they can naturally travel inward or outward through the rep, creating a converging path similar to premium plate-loaded machines. This allows the handles to follow a more natural arc during presses and other movements, making the Omni Arms especially useful for hypertrophy-focused training.

Prefer a fixed movement path? Lock the arms into your chosen angle for a consistent setup from rep to rep. You can switch between free movement and fixed positioning depending on the exercise and how you want to train.

Independent Plate-Loaded Training

Each arm moves independently, allowing you to train both sides together or isolate one side at a time. The 10.8" Olympic weight sleeves make loading simple, while a rated capacity of up to 440 LB gives you plenty of room for serious strength work.

More Training Without More Machines
